Ask what time they go to lunch. It was a good thing I got there early because if I would have gotten to the location when I was scheduled the guys would have been out to lunch and I would have had to wait an hour till he got back from lunch
DANIEL CI had to pay $350 for a key. I felt robbed by u-haul.
RONALD CThey honestly need more trucks or locations in my town (a major town in texas) instead of having to be dispatched to a uhaul location about 25 minutes from me. Other than that the employees were amazing and friendly and the truck and equipment were very well taken care of. My family has always used uhaul for our moves and we appreciate your services.
