I did not drop the 15 ft truck or dolly at this location I dropped it off at Jax on 281/west road Cortland New York the U-Haul personnel that was there was not helpful at all the men that worked as a salesman and a mechanic for that company were the ones that helped us the U-Haul man did nothing at all he needs to go he does not help your customers in any way and he needs to pull his pants up a bad representation of U-Haul the company thank you and God bless

DANIEL LQuick service, great location, easy to rent and return
RANDI ALocation of trailers is a bit inconvenient due to on the driveway to another facility behind them. Trailer hookup requires shutting driveway off. Trailers should be on the north side, not the south side.
PATRICK CTHe Uhaul attendant was friendly attentive and helpful but . I spent 10 minutes shoveling a foot of snow out of the bed. I thought he was kidding . He said if an employee got hurt they could sue the company. this is company policy. . Dont you have workers comp? If you cant deliver something that simple you should not be in business.
