Please make the website easier to navigate and understand if we successfully have made a reservation. Personally, I like it a whole lot more when I can just walk into my local U-Haul and be able to rent on the spot. Personal interfacing with the customers isa a plus.

JESSE GThe U-Haul system was down when I went to pick up my van. There were three people there who I believe all worked there. Not one knew how to use the U-Haul app to help. Even the first person I spoke with one the phone was not familiar with it.
RICHARD HI was very satisfied with the self service pick up of the rental truck. I had another provider cancel on me 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up their rental truck and was able To reserve a U-Haul truck from Milrent at the very last minute. I was skeptical about the self service pickup option but didn’t have a choice. It turned out to be very easy and drop off was easy as well. Very satisfied customer
