I was not informed of a cleaning fee. I returned the van in the same condition it was when rented. I rented and paid for 2 days. Why am I charged an after hours service fee. I return the Van 2 hrs early on the 2nd day of rental. That an extra $55.00.

Jay CThis was my first time pulling a trailer it was a bit nerve wrecking because of the rattling and banging from the trailer especially when it’s empty. But overall it was pretty good.
mark hThe battery in the truck died 20 minutes after pickup. Lost 90 minutes waiting for road service to replace. With all the one way rentals, this maintenance failing is not on Milrent. .
