I was quoted $1.09/mile when I made the reservation but was told that is only during the week. I was charged $1.49/mile because it was Saturday. I should have been told that when I made the reservations. Very old truck with loud engine.

The truck received had a warning light for low pressure in the rear tire. In addition, the gas gauge was not at the level indicated. Finally, I went only 3 miles in the truck and put over a gallon of gas in the truck before returning it. I was then charged for an additional 2 gallons of gas by the U-haul location, although they confirmed that I only went 3 miles. I have my gas receipt. I was told to contact U-Haul directly for a refund of the fuel charge.
Ian OIt was 40miles from my home and NOT the location i reserved my truck from but at last minute my local uhaul had no truck. Awful experience all around.

ARIF GWell ,besides the fact that the previous customer never brought the vehicle back, for to ise the following morning, and was given a van for 2 hours , rather than 6 ,I'd say it wasn't that bad
