It is not the location it was the whole experience that makes me that Ryder were closer. I tried to rent a 15' truck at another location but the lock box would not open for me or my worker. I then had to rent a 10' from this location a loss of 2 hours I was paying my worker. Your app is horrible and I will travel to any other truck rental operation rather than deal with U-Haul again.
