Some confusion when I returned the rental, but was quickly resolved. Nice to have a u- haul in Cottage Grove.
Allan KImprove the parking area so pickup and return of the trailers is easier. Dodging apartment resident vehicles while trying to back a trailer into a small slot behind a building was not ideal. Purchase some wiring adapters so customers who have a different style adapter don’t have to leave the business to get the correct adapter. They could easily be furnished for use by the customer and returned with the trailers. This is the only U-Haul rental place I’ve ever been to that didn’t supply them and hook up the trailer for the customer.
