Hi. I rented a truck in cottage grove ,ore. They wouldn't leave me the the truck for 24 hrs. When did that start happening? Still haven't been emailed my charges. Not pleased. Jon .

Willis NReturn yard was not at the address provided. Gate was closed and location was unstaffed. (Staff was at the address provided). Had to park at a separate lot to go inside and get her to lead me into the yard. Entry gate was too narrow for a large truck turning in from a narrow street.
