The location should be open during business hours so pick up could have been a lot smoother, and the locking mechanism was so faded/worn that it was VERY hard to see and took several minutes of trying it to get it to finally open! It was 9:30am on a Sunday so it would have been excellent to have an actual person there to deal with instead!
