Im so upset about this. I use uhaul all the time to move. The service was good picking truck up, no not cleaned out, I had to sweep it out. Then when going to drop off the truck, the man said I couldn't park at the store I had to take it to another place a cpl km away. I just moved i don't have time to run around for him. I said I need to leave here, he threw his arm in the air and said whatever. My boyfriend heard it all. So I parked the truck where it was to be dropped off. I gave him the key he totally ignored me. I will be reporting to head office as nobody should ever be treated like this !! Im so not impressed and would never suggest them to anyone. Not to mention they charged me $230, I put more gas tha. I used in and didn't even go 30km. So I don't think ill use uhaul again. Absolutely horrible customer service, and I own my own business and would never treat anyone like that !! Brutal, tried to rent me a 5x8 that had the turn signals going opposite what they should, then switched me to a 6x12 unit with a seized wheel bearing. They were too busy with booze and smokes to care about the uhaul clients. This location could have caused a fatal accident with the absolute lack of caring and total lack of keeping their equipment in safe operating condition.
Darrin MI selected a different location to drop truck off, was told I couldn’t drop off there and had to come to this location. Cost me more in mileage to go further
MARK MThe yard is a mess, not very professional looking. When i ordered this truck I ordered it for one day. I got a call from u-haul saying I could have it a day early for the same price which was $123.00 plus tax, no mileage fee for under 50 km of use. I fueled the truck up more than what was in it when I got it, cleaned the truck front and back and was well under the 50km but was charged $162.72
Brian DCalled first,, told me i couldnt use the trailer due to it being buried in snow. I came over to look and ended up pulling it out of the "snow " for the dealer. yard was not plowed . Trailer was buried in snow nothing cleaned and a tail light out.. I returned it 7 hours later..17:15- 00:15 and theyre charging me a double rental This is a total joke. I wont be using your service again.. keep my money apparently you need it more then i do! you are a scam! ill also be posting this on google maps where you cant edit the review..
