How U-Haul Reviews WorkDon't change the location to 30 minutes away the day before. Only to find out upon getting there that there's no moving blankets (that were ordered).
PAUL NIt wasn’t the location specifically. I booked a 10ft truck. It was changed to a 15 ft truck then a 26 ft truck. Even with the discounts I paid twice as much in gas and the truck wouldn’t fit where I needed it. The last change was at 830 when I was picking up for 9/930. Absolutely ridiculous. 1/10 . I have used uhaul many times. Never again if I can help it.

Brady PIm so upset about this. I use uhaul all the time to move. The service was good picking truck up, no not cleaned out, I had to sweep it out. Then when going to drop off the truck, the man said I couldn't park at the store I had to take it to another place a cpl km away. I just moved i don't have time to run around for him. I said I need to leave here, he threw his arm in the air and said whatever. My boyfriend heard it all. So I parked the truck where it was to be dropped off. I gave him the key he totally ignored me. I will be reporting to head office as nobody should ever be treated like this !! Im so not impressed and would never suggest them to anyone. Not to mention they charged me $230, I put more gas tha. I used in and didn't even go 30km. So I don't think ill use uhaul again. Absolutely horrible customer service, and I own my own business and would never treat anyone like that !! [redacted]
