Overall efficient experience but one concern I would want to go differently is to improve speed of my transaction . One person running the variety store so I wait for consumers to purchase lottery tickets and kids to buy candy for my trailer … totally inefficient use of time when I am on deadline to move items with my trailer rental?! There needs to be some form of express checkout on trailers when I pre book ahead everything is good ready to go … I feel I did my part so already waited for store to open then I must wait during my transaction for random variety store customers , unnecessary delays on my time so again , inefficient use of my time ?! i would suggest puting jacks on the trailers having to lift the tongue could injure someones back.

Charles CThe operator at this location had absolutely no idea how to hook up a trailer. More safety training is definitely needed. Spin returning the trailer he wasn’t going to return my deposit until I reminded him how much was due and again further training is needed
