Yes the lady who help me was very kind and curious when I walk in told me a little bit about her time working at the location and also share with me about the community we're I've relocated overall I had a better experience with renting from U-haul then when I rented from Penske one thing tho I think they should make there out of town vehicles a little better on fuel other than that it was a comfortable ride down
