There was no one ready to help us when we arrived on time, so that set us back on time and our plan for the day. There was also zero cell service in the area to be able to access U-haul’s website or app.

Kenneth RI was charged for multiple products I did not order or receive with my rental. 4 dollies and a bunch of furniture pads. I ordered 1 dolly, and didnt even receive it. Was still charged for it. Very disappointed. Truck was way bumpy also and had multiple service lights and messages show on display while driving it. Qill not rent from this location again.
