This location needs more inventory, there will be a lot of people moving out of this area soon.
Phil hIt took 3 days to check in the key and we got charged for it. I even left a quarter tank of gas more than what it was given to me with.
RAMON MOnce a trailer has been reserved and doesn't show up, the manager needs to make sure he gets a trailer at his location. The customer should NOT have to make several calls to make sure a trailer is waiting at location for them. I had a very stressful experience!
