I ordered and paid to have a dolly in the truck to be ready for our move and it was not in there! The attendants at the shop could not help us! I also didn’t drive the 5 miles and didn’t use it for the 6 hours but only 4 but still got charged the whole thing!

The latch to the back is broken twice people on the road. Let me know it was open. The door is also warped and very hard to close when you pull up or push down
