The latch to the back is broken twice people on the road. Let me know it was open. The door is also warped and very hard to close when you pull up or push down

GARY DOnly 2 things 1 was didn’t want that location because of 4 xtra miles charged. 2 when I dropped off vehicle the guy who was there didn’t put it in the computer or give me a receipt

DAVID MThis location lied by saying it was mandatory to buy the $15 SafeMove insurance. Then they charged me a $30 fuel refill fee and $38 to refill the tank, when I brought it back exactly how it was. The vehicle smelled bad and there were tools and a blanket in the back. I felt like I was being scammed throughout the whole process and I would not want anyone to rent a UHAUL vehicle from this location. They thankfully refunded the fuel charges after my complaints.
