Great experience, Mrs. Holly is the best and she was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend. The best place to rent a Uhaul in Crawfordville.
MARY LI had a little delay at pickup as the truck was being delivered from another location. Holly explained the issue, showed concern and once the truck arrived processed the paperwork quickly.
BRUCE HHolly was approximately an hour late arriving to the store. The day before, she confirmed my appointment at 10. Upon arrival, she made no offer to make the situation right and presented with a cold demeanor. She also appeared unfamiliar with the U-Haul site on her phone, which took up more time. I think Holly is unfit to operate 3 businesses, as she clearly advertises. She wasted my precious time to load the U-Haul and displayed unprofessionalism and disorganization.
