The office area appears to be a bit unkept, cluttered, and unorganized. I liked the elderly manager and found him to be very friendly and helpful, so I'm not criticizing him, but you DID ask if the location was inviting. It's really not. His office needs a major renovation.

The link I received by text from U-Haul did not take me to the correct location. So I entered the exact address from the text into gps, and it sent me to another location 7 miles away that was incorrected. I finally had to search for name of business to find correct location and the extra driving cost me extra money for miles and gas used.
