Same location, but didn't go into a truck trailer as the office. Jim was there after hours to make sure the truck was returned to the lot.

This is the second time we've rented from this U-Haul location, and the people there are really nice. This time we got the same trailer that we rented the last time we rented, and it had exactly the same damage that we reported last time we rented. Same holes and damage to the trailer, same lights were broken and didn't work, and the same loose coupler on the tongue. I asked the lot attendant and he said that U-Haul just has not sent out the guy to fix the equipment. It worries me a little that U-Haul is so concerned with detailed rental inspection reports, but does nothing to fix the damages and discrepancies noted.
