The U-haul app did not function properly and frankly made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. While the UI is fine, the app simply didn't function in any kind of useful or practical way
Corey SThe cab of the truck was full of sand which I ended up having to clean. The process of picking up the truck took far too long. The system showed I was paying for an appliance dolly and furniture dolly's which I did not select, so they had to be removed. Lastly I was not informed that I was going to receive a text and needed to take pictures of the truck, confirm mileage, and fuel level. By the time I noticed I had received the text, the truck was at the moving location and the link had expired. This should definitely be told to the customer before they leave the pickup location.
