The location, being right off the main highway, is excellent, but the staff is not very helpful. The trailer was not installed properly, which cause it to detach from our hitch and damage our truck tailgate. The staff was not very communicative or helpful in how to properly resolve this issue.
BRADLY TI just used the location as drop off. Smaller lot
James WBe clear about every charge above the advertised daily rate. Like the cleaning fee, insurance and after hours return of the unit.
Bob DThe left Trent tire/wheel was a different size tan all of the other three. The trailer braking was inoperable.
