This location was very easy and friendly to work with. I had to extend my reservation and they did that very easily as well. I would definetely recommend this location again.

Truck had a tire sensor indication on. Complete lack of specific direction. It felt like we were expected to “wing it”. Very unprofessional for the amount of money it cost.
Heather DThe person was very unprofessional, and when I checked in with U-Haul and they did not explain to me about the round-trip mileage being paid for every mile, and normally we do one way, but that was not explained to us in the beginning and nothing was explained to me and absolutely nothing when selling out the truck
DEWAYNE SI was charged for 202 miles when we made one trip to Santa Rosa beach and back which is definitely not 202 miles I was charged for. I called the office yesterday and asked about the charges and was told she was working with a customer and would call me back to which she did not. Crestview to Santa Rosa beach and back is NOT 202 miles of driving!
