The rented 15 foot truck which was completely loaded, broke down in the middle of rush hour traffic with the most overwhelming circumtances. Thankfully a Team Ventures employee, Candace, Uhaul Manager Colin Smith and the Uhaul Roadside Assistance Team, especially Michele, all worked together to get the truck reviewed, towed and replaced within a reasonable period of time, all things considered. And I am sure I was difficult more than once but everyone graciously continued to work on my behalf. I apologize, I’m over 70 and I don’t handle these situations well. Thank you all so very much. Especially you, Colin Smith, thank you.
