The over charged me for gas and charged me a cleaning fee after I already cleaned it out . I got charged almost $300 for one day . Not to mention I had an appointment scheduled and when I came in to pick up the truck, they said that the appointment wasn’t even scheduled and they had to redo your schedule and I didn’t get the truck I asked for. so I had to pay extra for a bigger truck which I did not originally sign up for because they didn’t schedule my appointment properly.

Richard HWas not very welcoming, “Drop the keys, you will get a receipt in 30 minutes after I check it in” “Just give me the keys, don’t need anything else…” seemed bothered for doing business and dropping the truck off. I for one like to review the equipment to make sure the billing is correct, she did not allow for that.
CRAIG OPut the amount paid on the receipt. When filing for my move expense report, the amount said zero, so I had to attach a credit card receipt because your receipt is useless.
