The reason for the average rating and not higher is that the actual amount of $202.98 has not shown on my checking account yet. The amount shown that is still pending is $675.35. It is now Wednesday 6/10 and the receipt for the $202.98 was sent to me on 6/8. This is a little unsettling. I will watch my account today to see if the correct amount posts before I call the U-Haul dealer and my bank

Guy GThe rented 15 foot truck which was completely loaded, broke down in the middle of rush hour traffic with the most overwhelming circumtances. Thankfully a Team Ventures employee, Candace, Uhaul Manager Colin Smith and the Uhaul Roadside Assistance Team, especially Michele, all worked together to get the truck reviewed, towed and replaced within a reasonable period of time, all things considered. And I am sure I was difficult more than once but everyone graciously continued to work on my behalf. I apologize, I’m over 70 and I don’t handle these situations well. Thank you all so very much. Especially you, Colin Smith, thank you.
