The staff was very unprofessional and very rude to me they accused me of picking up a truck before my reservation begin. I had to call uhaul to have them rectify the situation. I would never go back to this location and I will not recommend this location

Excellent
DAWN TFix the U-Haul software and server. It took 25 minutes to get checked out because the system timed out and then was slow.
RANDALL KI was charged for blankets I never received I was requesting 54 pads but was given only 48 the gentleman gave me eight packs with six blankets in each for a total of 48. I called the store and told him about it now I’m being charged almost $50 for six missing blankets that I was never given.
