The cab of the truck was full of sand which I ended up having to clean. The process of picking up the truck took far too long. The system showed I was paying for an appliance dolly and furniture dolly's which I did not select, so they had to be removed. Lastly I was not informed that I was going to receive a text and needed to take pictures of the truck, confirm mileage, and fuel level. By the time I noticed I had received the text, the truck was at the moving location and the link had expired. This should definitely be told to the customer before they leave the pickup location.
