Owner didn't get keys out of the box I put them in as instructed by Uhauls online instructions and tried to charge me an extra $150.

On another note: They have added a gift shop inside that makes it look absolutely stunning inside! I will be back to shop! 🙂
TRACHELLE HGreat experience!!! We had used this location about 7 months ago and met different staff with a positive experience. But today, we had the opportunity for an excellent interaction with current staff. We are older individuals that rely on paying for full service because at our age, we have minimal experience in technical gadgetry . Sad but it’s true, it’s a tough age. So, we utilize staff much to the dislike of most young people. But today, and it was a wonderful experience to be treated as valuable customers and not like a pain in the a**. Plus, we have another trip to schedule soon and we were given excellent recommendations for that move, so we will be back! Thank you!!
LUPE BU-haul should make a 6’x10’ trailer with a drop ramp rear door.
