The location was fine, clean little gift shop and the lady working was super nice and helpful. Main issue was the truck i rented; clean interior but the vehicle is showing its age. Sloppy steering, shakes aggressively at/above 60mph, could use new suspension parts i believe also and bad seal on the driver door so the road noise and wind was extremely loud the entire time(tuned out with the radio). Overall, good experience and easy process, just believe some of the fleet is getting close to retirement( Very hard 107,000 miles) & made for a stressful ride on a windy day like yesterday with these issues and if used by someone with no experience in larger vehicles could make for a safety hazard on the road.

Overall, I am decently satisfied with my FIRST experience dealing with U-Haul. I needed the truck & car dolly to transport my car back home(from Florida to Kentucky). Although it took me longer to arrive at my destination, I had no issues at all. The only thing that worried me was the speedometer being off by 2mph, which added an extra 22.3 miles on the trucks odometer at the end of my trip. I did not get charged for the 9 extra miles that was on the truck.(my max allowed milage was 661miles, at drop off my total milage was 670 miles) would recommend for sure. & every one I had spoken with was very nice & helpful. Thank you for a good experience.
