Had an excellent experience I picked up a U-Haul in Crockett Texas off of loop 304 a gentleman there was extremely helpful nice and then where I dropped off and Sealy Texas the office was closed but I called and left a message they call me back to very next morning close everything out for me and said we was good to go I definitely recommend U-Haul
