I tried 10 times to dpwn load the Uhaul app and I could NEVER get it to down load and this cost me money. I had located a smaller truck in Palstine Tx but I couldnt use it the damn app never down loaded. That cost me around 10 dollars MORE than I needed.

Had an excellent experience I picked up a U-Haul in Crockett Texas off of loop 304 a gentleman there was extremely helpful nice and then where I dropped off and Sealy Texas the office was closed but I called and left a message they call me back to very next morning close everything out for me and said we was good to go I definitely recommend U-Haul
