Well I reserved the truck online for $19.99 + 1.39/mile. So my total came up as $35 so I confirmed the reservation. I picked up the truck, drive 12 miles and returned it. I drove it off the lot at 8:45 and had it back in its spot by 10 am. I get my receipt of “final” charges & it’s $85 dollars!!!!! How is that even possible. $50 over the price that was confirmed online

Fred KI setup my rental online without the safe move coverage I arrived the pickup my truck and the clerk told me to stop my phone app retrieval. He then proceeded to rent the truck and bill me for safemove . I had to call customer service to reverse the charges.
