Very rude staff all the way from the front counter, to the guy helping me hook up to the one there when I dropped it off. I wont be back.
KENNETH FTrailer should have never been put on road. VERY DANGEROUS NO RUNNING LIGHTS AND ONE SIDE OF HITCH WAS SHORTED THEN OTHER. ALSO SHORT IN WIRED. COULD NOT USE AFTER DARK OR BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS. DANGEROUS FOR ME AND ANYONE ON THE HIGHWAY. U-HAUL DID NOT FIX OR GIVE A DIFFERENT TRAILER AND KEEP ME WAITING ALL DAY FRIDAY AND DID NOTHING. VERY DISRESPECTFUL
