No one was in the office at pick up, 15-20 minutes go by and a random guy comes up and looks at my reservation on my phone and hands me the keys. He didn’t check my ID or verify anything, just say don’t wreck it. 2 hours go by and I get a notification I didn’t pick up the uhaul and had to email back confirming I did. When the uhaul was returned no one was there so I dropped the keys in the box. A week later I get a notification I didn’t return the uhaul. Piss poor service
