Windshield washer fluid was empty both in the truck and at the pumps… and the windshield was badly in need of a wash. Staff was super friendly and loved the fast online process and super quick drop off.

the most unprofessional experience. This is my last time working with Uhaul
ALI CBetter coordination between truck share and location regarding key location. When I the app told me to call uhaul, I did and was told I would have to take a Uber to another location. Uhaul was wrong and I was able to get the vehicle finally at this location.
patrick sSeems the attendant wasn’t aware of some intricacies in the account and U-Haul question to answer. I was arriving late when returning vehicle and called them about 3-4 times and there was no answer. I couldn’t get ahold of someone. I needed to go find another gas station to pump gas becuase they only had cash only —- which delayed my return to find another gas station. I showed her that I called and she said oh I think our phone is out of order. SMH then I get charged and additional day…. Not cool.
