If a moving dolly is requested and paid for prior to the rental, please make sure that one is available. This was not the case for me and my rental.

Only complaint is it’s unnecessary to have multiple contact people and if it is required give people the opportunity to provide the information before pick up as it slows down the process.
Gena LPicking up reservation took forever, the window had been open and the passenger seat was soaked from rain, and after filling the truck, I discovered there was a leak in the top of the truck, causing water to seep into the back, getting many of my things soaked. The driver and passenger doors took extreme force to shut either door.
Jonathan GWindshield washer fluid was empty both in the truck and at the pumps… and the windshield was badly in need of a wash. Staff was super friendly and loved the fast online process and super quick drop off.
