I made a reservation online, but they couldn't find the reservation. I waited for over 30 minutes while they worked out the issue, which was very frustrating because I had people waiting for me. The truck was clean, but the driver's side door did not close well, which caused a very noisy and drafty drive. It got the job done, but it could have been a better experience.
