Wasn't very friendly
James WI was told by Lori the uhaul representative, that the truck that I wanted to tow with the uhaul dolly would fit on the dolly. So I rented the dolly and took it to the truck location. It would not fit on the dolly, so I returned it back to the Miller Grove location. Uhaul still charged me. I had to hire a wrecker to move the truck. If I could give a zero star review I would. Zero.
Harold CI had to 100% hook up this trailer all by myself. The trailer was parked on muddy grass with the tongue sitting on the ground. Very difficult to hookup and check trailer lights by myself. They never came outside to offer any assistance.
Steve FI love using UHAUL for all my moving needs, be it a trailer or a box truck. They are always in great shape and the quality of their equipment is the best. Prices are very competitive as well.
