I love using UHAUL for all my moving needs, be it a trailer or a box truck. They are always in great shape and the quality of their equipment is the best. Prices are very competitive as well.
jason bHuh this is something to talk about. Well first of all it was kind of way out the way I didn’t really know that they had a drop location in the middle of know were. The thing that was kind of cool was the nice lady that works in the shop saw that I was coming. She waved me in letting me know that i was in the right location. Which was great , because overall if you didn’t see it you would drive right pass it. Once I was parked she went right work she checked me and I was out of there In a flash. Something I would like more is I didn’t see anywhere you could get the best dang hamburgers in town.
PHILIP MThe pickup process was fast and easy. The truck was in very good condition except for the cigarette smell, but it was tolerable. For a very hot July day, I could not have asked for better air conditioner in the truck.
Kelley MThey were very helpful in returning the vehicle. I tried to use the app to do the truck return but the cell signal was very weak and I was unable to upload all the photos that the app wanted. Lucky for me the owner showed up and the site, even when they were closed, and checked in the truck for me..

Rick CThe tires on the trailer I rented were bald which was ironic given all the safety tips, cautions and warnings from U-Haul. This is not the fault of the pick up location. U-Haul needs to maintain its equipment better!

Kenneth TWe dropped off several trailers at this location. They were very helpful and accommodating, even after hours.
STANLEY DYour reservation process has serious flaws. On Friday, we reserved a truck for Monday (Labor day). we received a call on Sunday saying our reservation was moved to another facility twelve miles away from our requested location. We were advised to call and confirm with the new location. It was Sunday, they didn't answer their phone. So I called back to the reservation service to verify the reservation, including an appliance dolly (a critical need for us). On Monday morning we showed up--they were closed for the holiday. we had to knock on doors to find the owner to get the truck from the. And they DID NOT HAVE THE APPLIANCE DOLLY--despite assurance from the reservation agent that it was all arranged. This created all kinds of problems for us all day on Monday.
Danny GThey didn't give us a contract Didn't inspect the truck Didn't check/reset the mileage or note the gas gauge. We took dated, time stamped and geotagged photos of all of it ourselves. My husband made sure he put the same amount plus a bit more of gas upon return yet we still got charged almost 23 bucks for what they said was a gas gauge that was an eighth under what it was picked up at which....since we took pics we know is complete bullshit. I'd like this looked into, resolved and that money returned. We do a lot of business with you but if this isn't fixed, it'll never happen again. uhaul needs to look into this renter in Miller Grove since it took us days to close out and complete the rental since they didn't provide an inspection and contract.
Bobbie JTrailer turn-in was quick, efficient, and assisted by Mike, who was very nice, and did all the "heavy lifting" to disconnect the trailer from my vehicle. The Miller Grove location is very convenient, and easily accessible, without having to fight traffic in town.
Hope UThe system shows this location as being in Cumby, TX, when it is actually in Miller Grove, some distance away from Cumby. Google maps gives an incorrect location for it when the address is entered.
