Make sure if the customer doesn't ask for furniture pads, they are not added to the order and then not given to him. Probably just a small oversight given the rest of my experience at this location.
Michael BI scheduled for a mobile pickup, but the site didn't put the key in a lockbox that I could access. I had to wait for the shop to open in order to check out the truck. I asked for blankets/pads for the rental and none were in the truck. The attendant that knew the UPS process was very nice and credited back the charges for the pads. Once he got there I was on the road pretty quickly (except for the de-icing). My only frustration is the fact I couldn't check it out early, and I had to de-ice the truck. But I did reserve it only the day before, so I take partial blame. That's why this isn't a negative review, just an average review. The truck needs help. The transmission was difficult to manage to get into the right gear. Sometimes it would be in gear but be in neutral itself. And there's a loud noise when you brake. The truck was clean on the inside. But it definitely needs some servicing. The heat worked well, which was good.
