There was far too much confusion from the BP station staff. I interacted with 2 different employees at both the pick-up and drop-off, and neither of them had any knowledge whatsoever of how the process worked. They had to call their manager and put me on the phone with him. Second, the van was not clean. Thankfully I was hauling most of my stuff to the dump, but if I'd been moving items from one place to another, the lack of cleanliness would have been an issue.
