not charge $86 when customer over fills the vehicle and claim they didn't fill truck up after use even though picture clearly shows I returned it with more gas than it had when I rented it

Catherine MWhen the truck was turned in, we were eventually charged $200 + tax for a missing dolly, so I had to call a third time to get a credit for that charge. Ridiculous. There were "notes" all over our file already for the un rented dolly. Was told it would take 7-10 days to get the credit. Unacceptable.
Eric TI arrived and the keys were no where to be found. The cashiers looked lost and kept having me use their phone to speak with a representative. The app was down and I couldn’t upload photos of the vehicle and by the time I got the truck I had lost an hour of time. Parking break on vehicle was broken, truck made a screeching noise when turning. Horrible experience.
Jasmin RIt's a gas station with a U-Haul franchise. Not a lot of knowledge about what was going on. This was an alternate to my scheduled drop off since the original operator was injured.
