When the truck was turned in, we were eventually charged $200 + tax for a missing dolly, so I had to call a third time to get a credit for that charge. Ridiculous. There were "notes" all over our file already for the un rented dolly. Was told it would take 7-10 days to get the credit. Unacceptable.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI arrived and the keys were no where to be found. The cashiers looked lost and kept having me use their phone to speak with a representative. The app was down and I couldn’t upload photos of the vehicle and by the time I got the truck I had lost an hour of time. Parking break on vehicle was broken, truck made a screeching noise when turning. Horrible experience.
Jasmin RIt's a gas station with a U-Haul franchise. Not a lot of knowledge about what was going on. This was an alternate to my scheduled drop off since the original operator was injured.
aron SVehicle was missing the add on ordered and the inside of the vehicle was slightly dirty. The inside windshield was dirty as well as the outside.
Connie MSatellite business may financially work well for you, be sure that your clients are aware of what that is. It would’ve been easier for me to check in and out online or remote access whatever you wanna call it. But make it obvious in the location description. The gas station attendant that helped me was very kind but without Internet access it became a 45 minute ordeal. I was not in a hurry. Also, the vehicle wasn’t ready until 12:30 PM, completely unnecessary given I should be able to pick up that vehicle anytime a day Please rethink your strategy for satellite businesses and make it easier for your customer and the existing business. That’s overseeing your sales.
