driver door didn't shut well. The suspension and steering wheel were loose. The directions for the keydrop should have said on front of gas station to the right of the door by ice machine instead of by propane. There is no propane being sold in the entire parking lot.

Catherine MWhen the truck was turned in, we were eventually charged $200 + tax for a missing dolly, so I had to call a third time to get a credit for that charge. Ridiculous. There were "notes" all over our file already for the un rented dolly. Was told it would take 7-10 days to get the credit. Unacceptable.
Eric TI arrived and the keys were no where to be found. The cashiers looked lost and kept having me use their phone to speak with a representative. The app was down and I couldn’t upload photos of the vehicle and by the time I got the truck I had lost an hour of time. Parking break on vehicle was broken, truck made a screeching noise when turning. Horrible experience.
