Service was slow, guy didn't know how to use the computer system and was not friendly.
STEVEN MI did not get the equipment I reserved and even had to travel more that an hour one way to get a trailer that was supposed to be in Rapid City. This totally messed up all plans about getting loaded. We were supposed to have a 26ft and 20 ft trucks. We got 2 20 ft and were not able to move all our things.
