Auto Transport was old. Ratchet was rusty, difficult to operate & needed WD40. Brakes squealed. Your software is terrible, not Ace's fault. Captha does not work correctly & should be replace with more modern human checks. Should not require a 2nd phone number. And, I could not update my phone number because it wanted text verify, no email verify for a phone number - chat line was no good, nor a phone call to Uhaul's customer service. They changed the phone # on my order, but did not on my account. I do not have texting.
