I was charged $25 cleaning fee and told it was non negotiable, this truck was not clean when I picked it up. Then was added the $15 safe move fee that I had declined when I made the reservation.

Did not have the keys to the truck I reserved but the truck was onsite. Had to use a smaller truck and make multiple trips. Seemed very unorganized.
MICHAEL TDoes not display operating hours correctly on door. Charges for a dolly that I did not request and was not provided.
Paul PI returned the vehicle at 345pm(early) with a 1/4 take of gas( more than I started with) then I get 2 calls the next day asking if I turned in the vehicle( I hamded the key to the person and we walked to the vehicle to inspect). I received a bill and it shows a 1/8 tank of gas and a 20$ after hours fee. Shittiest experience I ha e Ever had.
