ALEXANDER HThis is the second time I rent a uhaul truck and appliance dolly from there. I make the reservation days in advance. Only to get there and he tells me he doesn’t have an appliance dolly. Why not tell me in advance? Because of that I have to look elsewhere for one at the last minute. I’m moving around big appliances, the dolly was needed. Also come to find out the truck had no ramp.
Dealer RBusiness opened on time and was ready for delivery of my trailer. Associate was friendly. Product was as expected with no issues.
