This is the second time I rent a uhaul truck and appliance dolly from there. I make the reservation days in advance. Only to get there and he tells me he doesn’t have an appliance dolly. Why not tell me in advance? Because of that I have to look elsewhere for one at the last minute. I’m moving around big appliances, the dolly was needed. Also come to find out the truck had no ramp.

Easy to get in and out of but not sure where to put the trailer. Lots of junked up cars on the lot as well. No one there to help but I already figured that since it was a self return. Little harder to get the trailer off by myself. Might be interesting if someone wasn’t as strong as trailers don’t have jack systems on them. My wife never would’ve been able to do it.

The physical appearance and condition of this place is pretty bad. Rotten deck boards, my foot almost went through. However, the area supervisor was very helpful and able to get me taken care of over the phone.
