This is for the corporate office: I reserved this months ago. You chose to wait until the last minute for your bait and switch where you raised the price $200. I was not in a position to say no and this is unethical. I will plaster reviews all over the internet telling people about this and showing them the proofs of the reservation (the bait) and the new charges on the pick up day (the switch). I will never use this company again.
Micah MThe truck had horrible suspension on it. Very uncomfortable seats but the suspension was the definite worst. I didn't appreciate having the pickup location changed at last minute.
