The location was great. But the overall service provided by u haul its self was an absolute nightmare. The movers were atrocious and we’ll never use movers through u haul ever again.

I should be compensated for the “Discrepancies” mentioned above; I’m a “Retired Military Veteran” who has been using your services for decades and I have “NEVER” had any problems with your vehicles in the past; this last service was totally unacceptable!
WALTER WThe pickup location was changed from Gulfport to d'Iberville and when I got to d'Iberville the manager had gone to lunch until 3:15 pm so I had to wait an hour once I got there at 2:15 pm.
