Lady working in the office was very kind and deserves a raise
JOHN DTook an hour to get access to the U-Haul. Put me behind on schedule and then I had to hire movers for the whole next day. Would not recommend.

ROBERT MI think there really should be a person on site. I got creeped out feelings of a truck (not Uhaul) that pulled in parking lot at sign and just sat there. Then a homeless person was going around to ppl at car wash across the road. It’s not real safe to just be told when get to site w gps how to get the uhaul. This was at 10 am I was aware of my surroundings. Someone could try to take the truck from you.
