FRANK BWe did not receive the moving supplies that we had paid for with our order, specifically moving blankets and an appliance hand truck. This really impacted our move, it would be a good if this location could ensure that the equipment is in the van before they process the order.
Andrew PThe website stated the location was open from 8am - 2pm. We arrived to drop off at 1pm and no one was around and the sign said “closed”. Either update the site or be there when you say you will.
