Your app sucks. Wouldn’t upload pictures, took 45 minutes for us to be “verified” even though I had a prior reservation. The location was good but the U-Haul app made it to where we will not use it again.

Well, they forgot to put the key in the lockbox. So instead of getting my U-Haul at 10 o'clock at night, when I wanted it, I didn't get it until 8 AM. The next morning, when the business was open.
