CRAIG GThe physical layout could be improved for handicapped accessibility. I walk with a walker and cannot walk up stairs. Fortunately I had my great grandson with me and he could go look in the office upstairs. The employee happened to be out back of the building and we were able to find him. The service provided was excellent.
