Steven DI went to pick up the truck via phone pick up and when I did the key box that it told me to use was already opened and there was no key. Then I had to wait until the location opened to get it all figured out.
Sarah BBack of truck had to be cleaned out before we could even leave. When staff took me out to get in the truck it had all the covers, etc. left from last renter inside the back still. It was dirty inside can and had not been cleaned and there was only a quarter tank of gas when we started so we had to get gas before we even started the move. When I returned U-Haul there was no check of gas left in truck, used mileage, review of price, or anything. I just dropped the keys off with the guy. Compared to previous uses of other U-Haul places, I’ve never had an experience like this. It wasn’t good.
