This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had renting a truck, it was very dirty, disgusting and the A/C didn't work And they opened late so I couldn't get the truck at the scheduled time! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

My truck was very dirty especially in the interior. Got a bike trailer and it wouldn't lock on the ball joint. Was a very stressful experience.
YANNE PSent me to a counter in a sketchy convenience store in shitty neighborhood told to just drop it Guy never came out never gave me anything then the calls started threatening to charge me for the trailer that “ wasn’t returned” terrible lack of service don’t go there!
STEVEN HI request a reservation to drop the rental trailer in McKinney. The UHaul Supplier agents without notice changed my drop off to Dallas, causing me to drive back and forth to still enjoy a planned dinner with my family.
DYLAN AThe trailer was dirty…like out items got visibly dirty. I hadn’t made an advanced reservation and was required to provide emergency contacts etc several times.
