I rented the U-Haul for one day and they charged me two days upfront. They indicated it was just a hold however it never got corrected.

I was told I could self drop off the truck because they closed at 2pm on Saturday. I wasn't told I would be charged $20 dollars for it.

Johnny GZainab Kashan is in a 'weird' location. It doesn't have a bathroom or very good WiFi, making picking up a vehicle difficult. I got a brand new van with 125 miles and so that was a good experience. L~
LAWRENCE PThe whole experience was horrible. First, no one was in the office when I got there to receive my truck so I had to wait in the heat until someone called me back. Then, the guy didn’t know the keys were in the truck and had me trying to unlock a lock box that wasn’t even correct. Then I was charged for an extra day with the truck. The most unprofessional and unorganized experience ever and I’ll never book with this location again.
