I requested to check in in person. I was not told until I arrived no one was in the office and I had to check in online. The process took over 30 minutes while I waited in a very unsafe area outside. I should have been told to do it the night before so I could have been safe. I was very disappointed.

I don't recommend booking mobile pickup once it gets dark outside at this location. it took me a hour and a half to find the actual location (not Hardwick street at all its the alley way) - there are no directions on where to go or what to do once you arrive at front of building-- the vehicle was blocked by another vehicle and then the guy on the phone gave us a diff vehicle that we didn't really want it was huge but thankful .. we would've never found the lock box and then of course because it took a hour and a half to find vehicle then having to figure out we have to contact someone whose not there for assistance and finding a diff vehicle it made us run out of time on our reservation ...... I just think overall they need auto lights and also a guide for what to do upon arrival bc all I got was a picture of a backyard.

Jose LI called to let them know the air conditioner didn't work properly, and I had the truck loaded full and every time you pushed the gas pedal the air would shut off. This was like this for 1200 miles from North Carolina to Texas. I would have liked a refund of some kind, but NO one would help me.
