The equipment was fine, but they added on an insurance charge I had already denied and added an after hours fee after I asked about returning after hours twice and being told nothing about this on that “it’s fine”

LAWRENCE PThank you, but I actually had to go to a different store myself because, when I went to use the straps, they were in poor condition—and one of them was too short. However, when I visited the Garland store—which is a large location—the manager immediately ordered that they be replaced with new ones. The service there was excellent; the smaller stores, however, need to be more attentive and properly inspect their units, as this caused me a delay of two and a half hours. Until next time.
