So, I arrived on time to pick up my truck and the truck I was assigned did not have the keys to it, so I had to call customer service I spoke with Nikki, and she was very helpful with getting me another truck. During the call the manager pulled up with no offer to help as I was struggling to open the lock box get the truck keys as I asked him for help his reply was, I don't fuck with gay people I never want to rent from this location again

Gerald LI had a wonderful experience with U-Haul, especially as a first-time renter! The equipment was a little older, and the gas tank was a little low, but that was easily overshadowed by the exceptional customer service I received. The customer service representative was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain the rental process, fees, and everything I needed to know, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the experience. As someone renting a U-Haul for the first time, that level of guidance and customer service really made a difference. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful the staff was. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again!
