Staff is awesome
JESSICA MI picked up the rental, loaded the truck on Thursday (day of pick up). Left early Friday morning to drive the truck from Dallas, TX. to KC, MO. and I wasn't on the road 5 minutes and the "CHECK ENGINE LIGHT" came on. Everything did work out (called 800 number as instructed), but it was stressful to be driving a 20 ' fully loaded U-Haul 510 miles with a check engine light on.
