The app was slow to load during return process. I followed the initial overview and dropped the keys in the box before the app loaded with all the steps. Other than that it was an easy process

App didn’t have my reservation - had to call into cs to get it added. Location is terrible - office is possible to find, they have no signs anywhere telling you where to go. Key box is easy to miss as well! Terribly unorganized.

ROSARIO GI would like a refund because the whole purpose of me getting the U-Haul was to get it with a dolly to move a refrigerator and I spend time looking for one to borrow and I didn’t find one and I just took it back. Didn’t even use the U-Haul to move the refrigerator after all waste of money just because they forgot to but inside the dolly it was there fault.
