Employee at storage did not check in truck on date we returned it, we tried checking it in but app failed, truck was checked in 2 days later and I was charged an additional $420

Horrible experience. Went 9 AM to pickup my rental, nobody was there. A guy (Brett) came 30 min later, saying the manager was on vacation, he had no clue, he took me to office, called a Uhaul rep, very slow process, finally got my key, but I lost one hour, plus I had to pay the guys helping me, very stressful experience. I hope U-haul offers a refund or big discount to repair this negative experience :( POSTED ON GOOGLE REVIEWS TOO!
