I got stuck in the dark trying to figure out how to unlock the padlock. It’s poorly lit, unattended and the wind was howling. The reservation disappeared from the app after it gave me the confirmation info, so when I went back to see the code the screen was blank. I had to open a chat to get the information and that took another 10 minutes. This was a terrible experience and I don’t plan to use an unattended location ever again. I was shocked to find a vehicle that didn’t have power windows or door locks as well.
